We’re Callum and Owen, two friends and business partners on a mission to build the most trusted and respected talent search company in the region.
With over a decade of experience in recruitment, primarily within the construction industry, we’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t. Recruitment can often feel cold and transactional.
For candidates, it can be overwhelming. For businesses, it’s a time-consuming guessing game.
We knew there could be a better way, so we built it.
